Program Requirements

Major requirements (30 hours):

All students majoring in business must also satisfy all College of Business Core requirements. Hours required in the college core range from 36 to 51 depending on major.

Major Core (12 hours):

1. ITC 235(3), 260(3), 295(3), 388(3).

Complete one of the following options:

Application Development option (18 hours):

1. ITC 466(3) or 475(3).
2. Nine hours from: ITC 362(3), 366(3), 370(3), 466(3)*, 475(3)*, 528(3).
3. Six hours from: ITC 330(3), 362(3)**, 366(3)**, 370(3)**, 394(3), 397(3), 420(3), 430(3), 466(3)**, 475(3)**, 494(3), 495(3), 528(3)**, 535(3), 545(3), 555(3), 560(3), 563(3), 564(3), 581(3), 583(3).

Cybersecurity option (18 hours):

1. ITC 330(3) and 430(3).
2. 12 hours from: ITC 560(3), 563(3), 564(3), 565(3), 566(3), 494(1-3).

IT Infrastructure option (18 hours):

1. 12 hours from: ITC 330(3), 430(3), 495(3), 528(3), 560(3), 583(3).
2. Six hours from: ITC 330(3)*, 362(3), 366(3), 370(3), 394(3), 397(3), 420(3), 430(3)*, 466(3), 475(3), 494(3), 495(3)*, 528(3)*, 535(3), 545(3), 555(3), 560(3)*, 563(3), 564(3), 581(3), 583(3)*.
